01 Agreement

These terms are between you and O Square Technologies ("Osquare", "we"), R121, Industrial Area, Phase 8B, Mohali, Punjab, India. By installing or using RedactPro you accept them. If you use it for a firm, you accept them for the firm.

02 The beta

The public beta is free and has no document limit. It stops redacting on the end date shown on the download page and in the app; after that date you will need a current version. Your redacted files and certificates remain yours and keep working.

A beta can contain mistakes. Please tell us about anything that looks wrong.

03 Plans and payment

After the beta, the plans and prices are those on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars, renew until you cancel, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the month paid for. Refunds follow the refund policy.

04 Your review

RedactPro finds and marks information automatically, but no automatic tool finds everything. You, or the reviewer you name, decide what is redacted, and you remain responsible for what you file, send or publish. RedactPro is a tool, not legal advice, and using it does not make a document compliant with any rule on its own.

Redaction is permanent. Keep your original files.

05 Licence

We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use RedactPro on the number of computers your plan allows. Please do not resell it, remove its licence checks, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows. RedactPro includes open-source components, each under its own licence.

06 Warranty and liability

RedactPro is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

07 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction.
